SCOPE: 

The conference will be held in a hybrid format. 

Its main objective is to disseminate the results of the AiRobo project and to provide participants with an overview of its main outcomes, with particular emphasis on the AiRobo book and the robotic applications and tools developed within the project.

PARTICIPANTS and FUNDING: 

The conference is open to academic staff and industry experts outside the project partnership. 

A limited number of selected non-local participants may receive travel support, consisting of:

  • EUR 160/day for subsistence;
  • EUR 180–275 for transport, depending on travel distance.

There is no registration fee.

TRAVEL FUNDING CONDITIONS
For participants selected to receive travel support, the following conditions apply:

  • a contract must be signed with WUT;
  • 80% of the approved amount will be paid before the event, and the remaining 20% after completion of the travel;
  • participants must provide supporting documents, including:
    • the accommodation invoice for a single room,
    • travel tickets,
    • and proof of payment;
  • participants will be required to complete a feedback evaluation form at the end of the event.

APPLICATIONS FOR FUNDING should include a CV and a motivation letter and should be sent to airobo@e-uvt.ro. No paper submission is required, and participants are not expected to give a formal presentation. Participants will be invited to attend the conference, contribute to the discussion panels, and provide feedback on the results of the AiRobo project.

IMPORTANT DATES

15 May 2026 – early application submissions (with funding consideration)

22 May 2026 – late application submissions (without funding)

29 May 2026 – notification of acceptance

STRUCTURE:

The conference will include two full days of presentations delivered by members of the consortium, together with invited speakers from industry.

CERTIFICATE:

Participants will receive an attendance certificate.
