Scope

The goal of the summer school is that students:

  • to learn important notions from the AiRobo book and the developed robotic applications, and tools
  • to acquire skills for: building, programming, verifying, testing, and developing robots that will behave safe.

PARTICIPANTS and FUNDING:

The school is open to students of all levels: Bachelor, Master’, and PhD. For a limited selected number of nonlocal participants we offer funding support: 70 Euro/day for subsistence and 180 to 275 for transport (depending on the distance).
The number of applications which will be accepted:

  • for funding: 15 applications,
  • no funding: up to 10 applications (no registration fee)

APPLICATIONS should contain a CV and a motivation letter (in which you should mention about your knowledge on robotics, AI, formal methods) and should be sent to airobo@e-uvt.ro.

DEADLINES

  • 28 February 2026 – early application submissions (for funding)
  • 15 March 2026 – late application submissions (no funding)
  • 30 March 2026 – notification of acceptance/rejection

STRUCTURE:

There will be 12 full days of courses and practical exercises. Draft program

CERTIFICATE:

Participants will receive an attendance certificate indicating the number of hours of courses (equivalent to ECTS credits).
